⚠️ Important Reminders
- 🚭 No smoking on premises.
- ⚠️ Watch children around the pool; no cotton clothes while swimming (it will make the water not clear).
- 🚫 Do not move furniture or decor.
- 🍽️ Do not leave dirty dishes.
- 🎮 Keep TV/AC remotes in their rooms (800 MXN if lost).
- ❄️ Close doors/windows when A/C is on and turn it off when leaving.
- 🤫 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
🔑 Entry / Exit Instructions
- The property uses a smart lock (code sent before arrival in Airbnb app).
- We do supply physical key as back up just in case that you can’t open the smart lock.
- Outdoor areas are secured by Blink and Ring cameras (for safety only).
- Before leaving: ensure oven/stove and A/C are off.
Amenity
- Swimming pool with underwater seatings and serving bar table.
- Air conditioning: All 5 bedrooms have its own air conditions.
- Close the bedroom windows and doors when you run them.
- The A/C in living room coming soon pending electrical panel upgrade.
- Electric fans: Common areas are equipped with ceiling fans and portal fans.
- Toiletry and Towels: handwash, shampoo, conditioner, and body washer
- Entertainment: We have a dedicated TV room with Bose speakers and PS4 gaming console with VR. We provide multiple speakers for music playing: Amazon echo throughout the house.
Trash, and Parking
- Trash pick up
- Trash pick up during week every evening at the curbside. You simply leave the trash bag in front of the garage by the street in the evening.
- Parking
- On the left side of garage, you can open and close the garage door using the remote button on the wall.
- On the right side, the door needs to be manually open and close. Please make sure that you lock the door manually using the supplied pin.
- You or your guests can park your car on the street in front of the property. It is very a safe neighborhood.

Neighborhood and transportation
- Gaviota – also known as beverly hill of Puerto Vallarta. Many historical houses are located here. The neighborhood is very exclusive, private and safe. You will enjoy walking around the blocks, looking at other beautiful homes and landscape.

- about $250 pesos (uber/taxi) and 10 -15 min to and from airport.
- about $150 pesos (uber) and 10 min to the famous Malecon.
- about $200 pesos (uber) and 15 min to Zona Romantica.
